The deadline to book your hotel room under the TIDA room block is Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Note: Before booking your reservation, the Loews Philadelphia Hotel is the exclusive and sole hotel partner of TIDA. Do not book reservations through any other company or representative who contacts you claiming to represent TIDA and please report any such correspondences to TIDA Headquarters. Discount rates will not be honored if reservations are made through external websites or companies.

You will want to fly into the following airport: PHL Philadelphia International Airport
Taxis: There is a $28.50 flat-rate charge
(one-way fare, airport access fee already included) to travel to Center City Philadelphia. An additional $1.00 per passenger ($3.00 maximum) after the first passenger will be charged on flat rate trips between the Airport and Center City for passengers over age 12.
Uber / Lyft: Average cost from PHL is $25-35 (each way)
Train from the Airport to the Hotel: $7 (each way)
Take the Airport Line Regional Rail train four stops to Jefferson Station. Exit the station on Market St and the 12th Street exit. The Loews Hotel is across the street at 1200 Market Street (between 12th and 13th Streets, closer to 12th Street; Map).
