Anatomy of a Complex Cargo Claim—From Loss to Verdict
Spend the day working through a complex cargo claim hypothetical involving multiple parties and issues. Each speaker will address a particular component of the claim, from the initial investigation to final resolution. Attendees will receive practical, theoretical, tactical and strategic advice on how to analyze, address and respond to each and every aspect of the claim and lawsuit, including discovery, motion practice, settlement considerations and the insured/insurer relationship.
In today’s world of complex shipper-broker-carrier transactions, broker liability disputes and contractual considerations, you will not want to miss the information offered at this seminar.
