How can I find a company that can provide me services? 

TIDA provides a list of our members in the TIDA Public Directory. Using our Member Search feature, you can simply enter your Zip code into the Proximity search and find the point of contact for companies in your area.

Can I join TIDA if I am not in the US?

Yes, membership is open to any company outside of the US as long as you fit in one of the membership categories.

My company recently moved to a different address; how do I get that information updated on my profile?

If your company's physical street address or phone number has changed, you can send an email to [email protected] with the new street address/phone number. Please allow 5-10 business days for the information to be updated on the company's profile.

How do I login to my member profile?

There is a Member Login button in the upper right corner of every TIDA webpage. Click here to login.
If you have never received your login credentials, please contact TIDA headquarters via email at [email protected].
If your company is a member, and you do not have login credentials, submit a join my company request.

My profile has incorrect information. How can I update my profile?

TIDA members may edit information on their profiles, including email, phone number, and address, by visiting My Profile, and clicking the "Edit" button.

My username and password is not working. How do I reset my password?

If you have not received email instructions after clicking "Forgot your password", please check your spam/junk folder in your email.

I applied for membership, when will I hear back?

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your application to be processed.

I submitted the request to get added to my company's membership, when will I hear back?

This process may take up to 2-3 weeks for approval. If approved, you will receive login credentials to access the TIDA website.

Does a membership include multiple user profiles?

This depends on what type of TIDA membership you have!  Industry Corporate Membership allows for 5 or more members. Click here to verify the membership type you have.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No, membership cannot be transferred to another person.

Go to Member Login and login. Then go to the invoices tab under the “My Profile tab to view your invoice.

How can I renew my membership online?

Renew online using the button below. If you are a Key Contact for your company, you are able to renew on behalf of your company using this same form. TIDA's membership year runs January 1 - December 31.

It's been 3+ years since my membership lapsed, how can I be an active member again?

Any member who has lapsed three or more years will need to re-apply for membership. Click here to apply for membership.

It's been under 3 years since my membership lapsed, how can I be an active member again?

Any member who has lapsed under three years must pay back membership dues. Contact TIDA HQ's at [email protected] who can assist with getting your membership reinstated.

What payment methods are accepted for membership renewal?

TIDA accepts all major credit cards [American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa]. Payment can also be made by check, payable to: Trucking Industry Defense Association.

With the ongoing delays with mail delivery, we highly recommend membership renewal payments to be made by credit card using the online link provided in the renewal notice or by logging into your member login profile and going to invoices.

I did not receive my renewal notification email, who can I contact?

Membership renewal notifications are sent to the email address listed within your member profile. If your email address has changed or is incorrect, please contact TIDA HQs at [email protected].

I'm a member. Why do I not see member pricing?

Discounted member pricing is available for all active TIDA members. Please make sure that you are logged in to your active membership profile to secure member rates.
