If you turned in a completed form at the conclusion of the Seminar, you should have received a certificate the week of November 18th directly from CEU Institute. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder. All information for the received tracking forms will be posted to each pre-approved state bar on behalf of CEU Institute.
Credit Hours Available (dependent on state review and decision):
Adjusters: Up to 10 hours of credit is available, based on state approval. Adjusters must attend entire conference to receive credit. Partial credit will NOT be awarded.
Attorneys: Up to 11 hours of credit is available, based on state approval. Partial credit will be awarded

If you did not turn your form in at the end of the seminar, you may request a certificate of attendance by emailing [email protected] and submit that to your state for credit. TIDA will provide supplemental materials upon request.
